1) I am unable
to access any programs. Why?
Your login is enabled for the TouchWorks Modules that
your company has purchased. If you cannot access any
modules, then your company is not set-up properly. Please
use the Contact Us form to notify us that your id is
set-up improperly.
2) Some of the programs listed are greyed out, and
I can't access them. Why not?
The programs that are greyed out are the TouchWorks
modules that your organization is not currently using,
and itis not necessary that you complete these programs.
3) How long will it take for me to complete this program?
Depending upon which programs you need to view, this
will take up to 5 hours seat time.
4) What if I'm in the middle of a lesson and I get
interrupted. Do I have to start over again?
Yes, you will start the lesson at the beginning but
you can click the fast forward button to skip over material
you have already studied.
5) My system freezes up when I'm in the middle of a
program. What do I do?
Re-boot your computer and then re-access the site.
6) Who do I contact if I have additional questions
about TouchWorks?
If you have questions regarding TouchWorks functionality,
you may either contact your TouchWorks project team,
or send a question to us via the Contact Us page.
7) Can I access these programs from home?
Since this is a web-based program, you can access it
from any location. All you'll need is the website, and
your username and password.
8) I forgot my password, What do I do ?
Click on the forgot password question on every login
page. You will then be able to enter your login and
your password will be e-mailed to you.
9) I can't hear anything? Why not?
Please make sure you have a sound card and speakers
in your system. Also, make sure the volume is at an
adequate level. If you still have problems, please use
the Contact Us form to notify us and we will quickly
respond to try and provide assistance.
